Our delivery service is provided by a trusted, experienced third party company. Delivery date and time are determined according to clients submitted requests and are dependent upon availability. All rentals that are listed as Customizable means you can choose the paint color and we will paint the rental according to your choice. Under the description on the rental listing, you will find how many colors you are allowed to choose for the rentals you are interested in booking. We can add designs such as stripes to the backdrops. When you place an order for customizable items, you can either write the colors under “notes” during check out or 10 days prior your event date, we will contact you and ask what color you would like us to paint the rental(s). (Based on Behr Color Palette from Home Depot).

Simple designs, words/phrases can be added to our rentals using removable vinyl. This is a service provided in-house and vinyl is applied in-house prior your pickup or delivery. Rentals are given to you ready to party! We have a listing on our website for word customization (see both links below). If you wish to inquire for something more customizable, contact us.

Tie a Bow has teamed up with a local vendor and can add wallpaper, more intricate designs and acrylic/wood wording to our rentals. You send us the file design and we take care of the rest. The wallpaper/designs will be applied in-house prior your pick up or delivery. The rentals arrive to you ready to party!
